help with a few things

Posted by anonymous on November 10, 2011 at 5:50 PM Comments comments (0)

can anyone help contacts / opinions they may have on what radiator to use, I already have a small radiator from a micra or fiesta or some such which I was told should suffice, but just looking at how small it is and guess-timating how much cooling a 1.8 CVH will require I think I may need something more substantial. - I've been working hard to get to a stage where I can drop the car and get the engine out of the back of the Garage and I'm just awaiting some bushes before I can plan this. After the engine is in the Rad' will be next. I was also going to ask if anyone new a good engineering firm close by that I could talk to about fabricating a new inlet manifold which will fit the 1.8 CVH (including the water channel that is included in the head) and allow me to fit my twin carburettors.
